Mi sembra una scelta saggia: una persona il cui voto vale 4 (se stesso più 3 delegati) può essere destabilizzante in un'assemblea poco numerosa.

C'è qualcosa che mi sfugge, ed evidentemente deve essere una cosa ovvia a tutti tranne che a me. sarà la vecchiaia che incombe...
Per cui non infierite....

Non ho capito il senso di tutta questa necessità di deleghe quando l'assemblea sarà comunque valida con qualunque numero di partecipanti, e visto l'oggetto.
