Hello STACK Members,
The IRBC has decided to release randomly bulletins concerning their progress in a number of items which includes clarification of items in the ISK Rules, Judges' and Compulsories Books, status of the IRBC and any other hopefully interesting information.
IRBC Bulletin 1 which amongst several other items clarifies two items within the New ISK Rules Book, one of which is a partial carry over from all past ISK Rules Books. The first IRBC Bulletin is available at: http://home.arcor.de/johnmitchell//IRBC/IRBC_Bulletin_1c.pdf These items clarified are: 1. Page 10 item III.G.2 Member of Pairs and Teams. The words "limited to five members" will be interpreted as "limited to a maximum of five members". 2. Page 10 item III.G.2 Member of Pairs and Teams. In the case of injury, illness or similar situation, a member of a pair or team may be replaced by someone who did not fly the other discipline. This is at the discretion of the competition Chief Judge.
IRBC Bulletin 2 is now available at: http://home.arcor.de/johnmitchell//IRBC/IRBC_Bulletin_2.pdf
This bulletin clarifies compulsory figure MI 22 - The Felix. We also discuss two possible future ISK documents.
Good Winds, John Mitchell STACK IRBC Representative
