The Kitehouse crew brought 3 versions of the Sharp to Stella to test different LE rods. This black/blue version with the structil is the version everybody liked most and they decided to use that one as the final production version. The other 2 were given away as a price in the comp. I don't remember wich LE rods were used in those.
I had a go with this kite in a rather strong wind and i liked it very much. I'm a big fan of the SIN which is not very nice in higher winds. It becomes overpowered and fast. The Sharp however behaved very well. Nice feedback, precision and trickability. Backflip is deeper compared to the SIN. Sideslides are controlable and stable even in higher windspeeds.
